What things create the most "noise" in your daily life?

I, along with Kip, love technology, but it sure can make a lot of noise in my life.

I can sum up that question in one word: play.
I avoid responsibility too much. At least that HAS been the trend of my life and why I'm really not that much further along in life over the last 10 years. NOT good.
