I love and adore you Lord; Always You are there.
I love and adore you Lord; I always know you care.

I lift my heart to You; You always see me through.
I lift my hands to You; with praise and honor too.

This is a praise song I sing to God regularly; I feel great when I sing it! It really connects me with the Spirit and brings me to a place that I know I am safe to bare my soul and allows me to pour out my heart without fear.

Job 19:25-27

For I know that my Redeemer lives,
and at the last he will stand upon the earth.
And after my skin has been thus destroyed,
yet in my flesh I shall see God,
whom I shall see for myself,
and my eyes shall behold, and not another.
My heart faints winthin me.

Words of Job. A man, who under great affliction cout see that God was not his enemy. A man who could in the middle of his trial, worship God.

Broken Shadow

Smear my corner with such colors
Never seen in whitewashed black
Pounding frightful walls of nightfall
Neither mirth nor gleaming crack

Spill over

Bleeding knuckles scrape and scour
The intercepting stonish tomb
A trembling shadow in utter darkness
Ignorant of all but doom

Spill over

Face in hands and dressed in concrete
Hardening around my flesh
Suspended in the tensions grin
Till fires flood and flames caress

Spill over… over
Lead this shadow out from the dark
Spill over… over
Consume this wretched, wicked heart

And the light of Christ spills over
Into a darkened world

Broken shadows filled with life
Empty puddle now a sea
The marvel of abounding wealth
That makes it’s home in poverty

Spill over… over
Lead this shadow out from the dark
Spill over… over
Consume this wretched, wicked heart

And the laughter of God spills over
Into a sour world

Quickened to see
the mystery
“Christ in you” - His righteousness
imparted by a bloody cross
the justified’s inheritance
